This Data Protection Policy governs the processing of personal data provided by the user through the Internet portal (hereinafter, the “Portal”) that GMAOLinx SLU makes available to Internet users. This Policy is an integral part of the Legal Notice, accessible at all times from the Portal.
The user guarantees that the data provided are true, accurate, complete, and up to date, and is responsible for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may result from a breach of this obligation. If the data provided belongs to a third party, the user guarantees that they have informed the third party of the aspects contained in this document and have obtained their authorization to provide their data to GMAOLinx SLU for the indicated purposes.
The Portal may offer features to share content via third-party applications such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. These applications may collect and process information regarding the user’s browsing on different websites. Any personal information collected through these applications may be used by other users and interactions may be subject to the privacy policies of the companies providing these applications.
The Portal may host blogs, forums, and other social networking applications or services to facilitate knowledge and content sharing. Any personal information provided by the user may be shared with other users of that service, over whom GMAOLinx SLU has no control.
To provide information or services of interest based on the user’s location, GMAOLinx SLU may access geolocation data of the user’s device when the user’s settings allow it.
For technical security and system diagnostics, GMAOLinx SLU may record the IP address (Internet access identification number of the device, allowing devices, systems, and servers to recognize and communicate with each other), either anonymously or in aggregate. This information may also be used for website performance analytics.

2. For what purpose do we process the user’s personal data?
GMAOLinx SLU processes the information provided by the user to handle divergence requests submitted by the user. Depending on the nature of the request, it may include:
- Inquiries and requests for proposals (RFPs) sent through the contact form.
- Résumés submitted via the Portal.
- Informational electronic communications, based on user interests.
GMAOLinx SLU may create a business profile based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on this profile.
If the user registers on the Portal via social login, GMAOLinx SLU may access the user’s personal data for which they have given consent in the social network settings. Any information shared through social applications may be accessible to members of the relevant social network, and interactions may be governed by the privacy policies of those services. GMAOLinx SLU has no control or responsibility over these entities or how they use the user’s data.
Information on data processing for communications from GMAOLinx SLU
The data used or provided in promotional or informational communications are processed by GMAOLinx SLU to send electronic updates about services, activities, publications, and events, as well as to monitor and optimize marketing campaigns using appropriate technologies and to create commercial profiles.
Consent for such communications can be withdrawn at any time via the opt-out mechanism included in each message.

3. How long do we retain the user’s personal data?
In general, the personal data provided will be kept as long as necessary to process the user’s request or until the user requests their deletion. For résumés, data will be retained for a maximum of three years unless otherwise instructed by the applicant.
4. What is the legal basis for processing the user’s personal data?
The legal basis is the user’s consent.
5. Who are the recipients of the user’s personal data?
When the user requests service proposals or submits résumés through the website, their data may be shared with Spanish companies affiliated with the GMAOLinx SLU network.
If the user’s request justifies it, identifying data may be shared with other GMAOLinx SLU affiliates, including those located outside the European Economic Area, strictly to handle the request.
Data may also be disclosed to public administrations and authorities to comply with legal obligations.
6. What are the user’s rights when providing their personal data?
Users have the right to confirm whether GMAOLinx SLU is processing their personal data, access their personal data, and request correction or deletion if the data are no longer necessary for the intended purposes.
