The present Data Protection Policy regulates the processing of personal data provided by the User through the Internet portal (hereinafter the "Portal") that SPI SL makes available to Internet users. The present Policy forms an integral part of the Legal Notice accessible at all times from the Portal.

The User guarantees that the information provided is true, exact, complete and up-to-date, and is responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of failure to comply with this obligation. In the event that the data provided belong to a third party, the User guarantees that he/she has informed the said third party of the aspects contained in this document and obtained their authorisation to provide their data to SPI SL for the fines indicated.

The Portal may offer functionalities to share content through third party applications such as Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. These applications can collect and process information related to the user's navigation in the different websites. Any personal information that is collected through these applications can be used by other users of these applications, and their interactions are sometimes subject to the privacy policies of the companies that provide the applications.

The Portal may host blogs, forums and other applications or social networking services in order to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and content. Any personal information provided by the user may be shared with other users of that service, over which SPI SL has no control.

In order to offer information or services of interest depending on the location of the User, SPI SL may access data related to the geolocation of the User's device, in those cases where the user's configuration allows it.

For the purposes of technical security and system diagnosis, in an anonymous or aggregate form, SPI SL may record the IP address (identification number of the device's Internet access, which allows the devices, systems and servers to recognise and communicate with each other). This information may also be used for web performance analysis purposes.

2. For what purpose do we process the user's personal data?

 SPI SL. processes the information provided by the User in order to deal with the requests for divergence made by the User. Depending on the nature of the request, the request will pursue the management of

1. Consultations and requests for proposals, (RFP) sent through the contact form provided for this purpose.
2. CVs sent through the Portal.
3. Electronic communications of an informative nature, in accordance with its interests.

SPI SL may develop a business profile based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be taken based on that profile.

In the event that the User registers on the Site through the social login, SPI SL may access the User's personal data for which they have given their consent during the configuration of the access to the social network of which they are a member. Any information provided in connection with various social applications may be accessed by members of the corresponding social network. Various interactions will be governed by the privacy policies of the entities providing the services. SPI SL has no control over or responsibility for various entities or their use of user information.

Information about the processing of data for sending communications from SPI SL

The data used, or provided, in informative and/or promotional communications are processed by SPI SL for purposes consisting of the electronic sending of information and communications on services, activities, publications and events and professionals of SPI SL or the monitoring and optimisation of marketing campaigns carried out using technologies for this purpose; and the preparation of profiles for commercial purposes.

Consent to the sending of various communications may be revoked at any time in respect of each communication received through the mechanism provided for that purpose.

The criterion for the conservation of the data will be based on the declaration against the processing by you. 1. How long do we keep the user's personal data?

In general, the personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to meet the User's request or as long as the User does not request its deletion. In the specific case of CVs, the data will be kept for a maximum period of three years, unless the interested party indicates otherwise.

2. What is the legitimacy for the processing of the User's personal data?

The legal basis for the processing of data is the User's consent.

3. To which recipients will the User's personal data be communicated?

In those cases where the User requests, through the web, proposals for services or remote CVs, his data will be provided to the Spanish companies affiliated to the SPI SL network

In those cases where the User's request so justifies, the identification data may be provided to other entities affiliated to the SPI SL network, including those located outside the European Economic Area, for the purpose of handling the request limited to the country of destination.

Likewise, the data may be transferred to administrations and public bodies for the fulfilment of obligations directly applicable to SPI SL

What are your rights when you provide us with your personal data?

The user has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether SPI SL is processing personal data concerning him/her, as well as to access his/her personal data, to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the fines that were collected.

Under certain circumstances, the User may request the limitation of the processing of his or her data, in which case the retention of the exercise or the defence of claims will be limited.

Under certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the User may oppose the processing of their data. SPI SL will cease to process the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.

The User may raise the issues that he or she considers to be related to the present Policy, as well as exercise his or her rights in the terms set out in the law, by sending a letter to SPI SL, C.
